Admission Requirements

Standard Admission

1. Successful completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. 2. Passing score on the Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam. 3. Passing score on the Accuplacer Test. 4. Successful interview with ABM College Admissions.

Mature Admission

1. Applicants must be out of high school for at least two years. 2. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age prior to admission. 3. Passing score on the Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam. 4. Passing score on the Accuplacer Test. 5. Successful interview with ABM College Admissions.

Course Curriculum

Managerial Accounting

Students will discover that Managerial Accounting means providing managers with information to plan, direct, control, and make decisions. The focus is on the future, providing relevant information for better decision-making.

Financial Accounting 1

This section gives students the financial acumen and basic accounting knowledge they will use once working in the management field. This course assists students in understanding a general background of the fundamentals of accounting, as well as understanding the daily transactions procedures that exist in business.

Financial Accounting 2

Students develop the ability to prepare and analyze the financial statements of public corporations. Topics include an overview of corporate financial reporting, transaction analysis, and accounting entries, double-entry accounting systems, merchandising and inventory, internal control cash, and receivables, long-lived assets and current liabilities, financial reporting concepts and accounting for partnerships, corporations, long-term liabilities, cash flow statement, and investments.


Students learn how to start their own business and manage a start-up successfully.

Business Law

This section will teach students about various legal obligations of businesses, as well as important aspects of the legal system as it pertains to owning and operating a company.

Market Management & Digital Marketing

Students are introduced to marketing and learn the various methods and software used in the marketing world. They will learn how to effectively market for a brand or business, and the types of strategies effective for various business niches and objectives.

Financial Planning

This course explains why accounting is the language of business and how it helps managers plan budgets, understand public perception, track efficiency, analyze product performance, and develop short- and long-term strategies, among several other decisions aided by accounting figures.

Microsoft Office

This course is designed to each the new and experienced user alike how to use the many features of MS Office to create documents, publications, and complete tasks that require the use of Microsoft Programs. Introduces the basic features of Microsoft Office, Windows basics, and file management. Develops familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and Internet basics.

Business Communication

Communication is the most valuable skill that an individual can bring into the workforce. Business Communication course will help individuals succeed from the first day on the job as it presents the full range of on-the-job skills that today’s communicators need, from writing conventional printed reports to using the latest digital, social, mobile and visual media.

Human Resources Management

Human resources are all about employees in an organization. More importantly, it is about the knowledge, skills, assets, experience and expertise they carry to work to assist firm achieve its vision, mission and objectives. Such resources become permanent source of competitive edge for the organizations in the dynamic global and challenging environment. Knowledge of Human Resource Management’s concepts is essential and important for supervisors and managers in every field and for employees.

Organizational Behaviour

Organizational behavior is a dynamic field of study that analyze the impacts that individual, groups and structure have on behavior within organizations for the purpose of applying such knowledge towards brining betterment in the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization workplace.


The students will understand that people make choices as they try to attain their goals. Choices are necessary because we live in a world of scarcity. Economists study these choices using economic models, simplified versions of reality used to analyze real-world economic situations.
