Over the years, ABM College has taken steps to connect with our community, celebrate meaningful work, and showcase the people and organizations making a difference. Our new Spotlight Series will feature weekly mini blogs highlighting special guests, community partners, and notable events – giving a closer look at the stories, missions, and impact behind the individuals we host.
This week, we were excited to host Jen Dost and Kim Dalton from Prospect Human Services, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and diverse employment needs. Prospect’s mission is to create inclusive workplaces and meaningful career opportunities, connecting talented job seekers with employers who value diversity and accessibility.

Jen Dost, Manager of Employer Services, has spent over eight years helping individuals access rewarding employment opportunities. With a Bachelor of Community Rehabilitation, Jen has developed employment readiness programs, supported recruitment efforts, and strengthened community partnerships through workplace accommodations and employer services. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, backpacking, and spending time with her husband and five children.
Kim Dalton, Employer Liaison, brings a diverse professional background across multiple industries, helping employers connect with skilled candidates while guiding job seekers toward opportunities that align with their goals. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management with a minor in Psychology. She balances her career with family life in Calgary, nurturing her love of gardening, travel, volunteering, and building meaningful community connections.
Contact us if there’s a local business that we should feature in a future Spotlight.
