The tassels are ready, the stage is set, and the countdown is on – ABM College’s Spring 2025 Graduation is taking place this Friday, May 16th, at the iconic Jack Singer Concert Hall in downtown Calgary. With 250 honoured graduates, more than 550 proud guests, and over 80 dedicated staff in attendance, this highly anticipated celebration marks the culmination of hard work, ambition, and personal transformation.
As our students prepare to cross the stage, we’re taking a moment to reflect on how far they’ve come – and look ahead to the incredible day that’s just around the corner.
A Look Back at Last Summer’s Celebration
ABM College graduations are always rich with emotion, energy, and pride, and our July 2024 ceremony was no exception. Students shared laughs and tears with their classmates, instructors delivered powerful words of encouragement, and families cheered louder than ever as names were called on stage.

This spring, we’re building on that legacy, welcoming a new group of graduates who have overcome their unique challenges to arrive at this special milestone.
What to Expect at the Spring 2025 Graduation
Once again, the stunning Jack Singer Concert Hall will serve as the backdrop for this unforgettable day. Known for its grand architecture and excellent acoustics, it is the perfect venue to reflect the grandeur of the moment.
Graduates, guests, and staff can expect:
- A warm welcome and opening remarks from college leadership
- Moving keynote addresses from special guests and instructors
- The formal procession and awarding of diplomas
- Plenty of opportunity for celebratory photos with classmates, family, and faculty
- A joyful and respectful environment where everyone’s achievements are honoured
With students graduating from a range of career-focused diploma programs in Health, Business, and Technology, the ceremony will shine a light on the diversity and drive that define the ABM student body.
A Journey Worth Celebrating
Graduation is more than the end of a program – it’s the reward for months of intense dedication. Many of our students juggled jobs, families, and personal responsibilities alongside their studies. Others navigated new languages, new cities, or even new countries to pursue their education at ABM College.
This milestone is a recognition not only of academic achievement, but also of the resilience, courage, and determination it took to get here.
Behind every graduate is a support system – whether it’s a parent, a spouse, a child, or a close friend – who made sacrifices and offered encouragement along the way. Graduation is a moment for all of them, too.

For some, this may be their first time walking across a stage in front of cheering crowds. For others, it will be a long-awaited return to the fanfare of graduation. Regardless of background or program, every graduate will leave this event not just with a diploma, but with a renewed sense of confidence and purpose.
The ABM community continues to grow with each graduating class, and Spring 2025 will be no different. These future professionals are stepping out into industries where their skills are in demand – from healthcare clinics to corporate offices to software development firms.
