I had the opportunity to learn alongside some amazing instructors and classmates online. It was a very positive experience for me; I loved it. It felt very one-on-one and personal, even though I was with my classmates, which helped deepen my learning. I chose the educational assistant program because, from a young age, I’ve always enjoyed working with kids, and it made me feel most at home. I knew that’s where I wanted to establish my roots and continue my journey. As an educational assistant, I get to learn about a wide range of topics—from special needs to education, daycares, and everything in between. It’s an incredible program, and I've learned a lot. I achieved success, and I'm excited to see where it takes me. Being in the educational assistant program means loving what you do and being prepared for those long nights, deadlines, and everything in between because, at the end of the day, it's the kids who benefit.
